Delivery
- Delivery options need to be chosen during checkout, please select the appropriate delivery option for your order.
- When your order has been processed you will receive an email from 925silvercharms to let you know when your order has been dispatched, we'll include your tracking number if you have chosen a signed for method.
- With valuable orders we advise our customers to select Royal Mail Next Day Special or International Signed For delivery and we will add the appropriate insurance to ensure your order reaches you promptly and fully insured in the post.
- If you are unavailable to sign for your order at the time of delivery (Royal Mail signed for options: Recorded, Special Delivery and Airmail Signed For) it is your responsibility to collect your parcel or arrange another delivery date within the designated time set by Royal Mail.
- Orders which are returned to us undelivered due to an incorrect address supplied or marked as 'not called for' by Royal Mail may be charged for redelivery at our discretion.

Delivery Times

- Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen, we rely on Royal Mail to deliver our parcels and once they are handed over to Royal Mail we have no control over the delivery date.

Free Delivery
- To qualify for free delivery orders must value £75+ excluding postage.
- Free delivery orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery or Airmail Signed For fully insured and will require a signature.
- We reserve the right to alter or remove free delivery at anytime.
Delivered Goods
- Once delivered 925silvercharms is no longer responsible for any goods, responsibility is passed fully to our customer, any losses or damage to goods or person once received is solely the customer's responsibility.
Returns
- All of our products come with a 30 day guarantee.
- If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item within 30 days for refund or replacement, please advise us before sending any returned items and we will issue you with a return authorisation (RA) number and our company returns address.
- All returned orders must contain your original invoice or full name address and order number and please include a note to let us your reason for returning and also if you would like a refund or replacement.
- We advise our customers to obtain a proof of postage certificate or use a signed for delivery and with more expensive items purchase the relevant insurance, this can be obtained at the Post Office, we cannot refund goods that are subsequently lost or damaged in the post.
- Delivery charges are non refundable if the order is not incorrect or faulty - goods that are simply unwanted can be returned under our 30 day guarantee for a refund minus original postage charge.
