Returns

• All of 925silvercharms products come with a 30 day money back guarantee.
• If you are unhappy with your purchase or have received products found to be faulty, damaged or incorrect simply return the item within 30 days for refund or replacement.
• Please email us as soon as possible and we will issue you with a return authorisation number (RA) and provide you with our company return address.

• If you are ordering a gift and you would like your invoice to excluded from your parcel please enter a message in our customer notes area on our checkout page or send us an email sales@925silvercharms.co.uk and we'll send your order without an invoice.
