 Is All Of Your Jewellery 925 Sterling Silver?

• ALL of our sterling silver jewellery is 925 sterling silver and all of our items have been inspected for quality.

Is Your Sterling Silver Jewellery Hallmarked?

• Most of our sterling silver jewellery have hallmarks from the manufacturer, with the exception of just a few items, as some of our charms are simply too small and a hallmark would spoil the beauty of the piece.

Are Your Sterling Silver Charms 3D?

• ALL of our charms are solid sterling silver
• Almost all of our charms are detailed 3 dimensional, not one sided designs - with the exception of just a very few charms in our collection which may have only one side decorated but these will have this written clearly on their description.
• We choose our charms for their quality & character, you will not be disappointed,
• Our sterling silver Heart Message & Words & Sayings & Relationship Sterling Silver Charms are ALL solid sterling silver and are flat in design, please check each items full description.

How Can I Attach A Sterling Silver Charm To A Charm Bracelet?

• All of our sterling silver charms are supplied with a sterling silver jump ring which can be easily attached at home; these can be soldered into place when you have decided where to attach your charm collection permanently.
• You can also use a sterling silver split ring these are tiny key rings which are also easily attached at home to any charm bracelet or chain.  We also have these available in packs of 10 sterling silver split rings

Do You Offer A Charm Attachment Service?

• Yes, we offer an charm attachment service using 'no solder' sterling silver jump rings
• If you would like us to assemble your charm bracelet simply add the required amount of no solder sterling silver jump rings to your order and we'll do the rest.

What Does 925 Sterling Silver Mean?

• Naturally mined silver is very soft and in this state is useless for jewellery making so other metals are blended with silver, usually copper to make silver harder, more durable and resistant to scratching.
• 925 sterling silver jewellery is actually a combination of 92.5% Silver and usually 7.5% copper or other metals.
• The addition of copper or other metals helps to enhance sterling silver jewellery and does not in any way detract from its quality.

How Do I Store and Clean Sterling Silver?

• Storing your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly, tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver then quickly turns to black.  This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and believe it or not sunshine.
• To reduce tarnish and keep your pieces tarnish free for months at a time, it is recommended that you keep your sterling silver jewellery in an air-tight protective bag made of tarnish proof cloth or you can use a plastic zip lock bag.
• Avoid storing your sterling silver jewellery directly on wood surfaces, as wood usually contains acids that can change the patina.
• Also, avoid storing your sterling silver with other metals like pennies or materials such as rubber.
• Clean with fine silver polishes, solutions or cloths appropriate to remove tarnish at most hardware stores or specialty craft stores. Tarnish is most easily removed when it first becomes visible

What Is CZ Crystal?

• Cubic zirconium or CZ Crystal is a high quality synthetic stone that is very hard.
• It's a mineral that is rarely found in nature but it is widely man made for use as a simulated diamond.
• Synthesized cubic zirconium is flawless and usually colourless, but can be made into a variety of different colours.
• Cubic Zirconium is a fully faceted synthetic stone which replicates the characteristics of a diamond more closely than any other gemstone.
• Trained jewellers struggle to tell the difference between cubic zirconium and a diamond without visual aids!
• Because of it's low cost, durability and close likeness to diamonds cubic zirconium has remained the most economical simulated diamond since 1976.
• It is more reflective than glass and sparkles like a diamond making it a perfect addition to sterling silver jewellery.

What Is Swarovski Crystal?

• Swarovski is an Austrian company that makes high-quality rhinestones, beautifully cut crystal and other glass-related items.
• Swarovski crystal is one of the finest crystals produced in the world today and is noted for its purity, brilliance and reflective qualities.
• It is a synthetic crystal produced in Austria using a formula perfected by Daniel Swarovski and his sons at the end of the 19th century.
• What sets Swarovski crystals apart from other crystals is the superior quality of the cutting and polishing used in the Swarovski crystals production.

Bracelet Measuring Guide and Size Chart

• To determine the bracelet size you need measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape and add 3/4 to an inch depending on the desired length.
• If you do not have a measuring tape you can use a ribbon or piece of string, mark the length then measure with a ruler.

• Yes, any items found to be faulty or damaged can be returned within 14 days.

Out of Stock Item Delivery

• Out of stock items usually take only 2/3 weeks before we have them back in stock..
• You can still order an out of stock item and it will be sent as soon as we have it in stock, we will keep you informed of your orders progress.
• If an order has some 'In Stock' items as well as some that are 'Out of Stock' we will usually wait for all items to become available and send the order complete, however if the 'Out of Stock' items are going to be our maximum 2/3 weeks, we will then send items in separate parcels at no extra charge.
