What Quality Is Your Sterling Silver Jewellery?

• ALL of our Sterling Silver Jewellery is 925 Sterling Silver and all of our items have been inspected for quality.

• Most of our Sterling Silver Jewellery have hallmarks from the manufacturer, with the exception of just a few items, as some of our charms are simply too small and a hallmark would spoil the beauty of the piece.

• ALL of our charms are solid Sterling Silver
• Almost all of our charms are detailed 3 dimensional, not one sided designs
• With the exception of just a very few charms in our collection, which may have only one side decorated but these will have this written clearly on their description
• We choose our charms for their quality & character, you will not be disappointed!
• Our Sterling Silver Heart Message & Words & Sayings & Relationship Sterling Silver Charms are ALL solid Sterling Silver & are flat in design, please check the item descriptions

• Yes, all of our Sterling Silver Charms come complete with a Sterling Silver Jump Ring, ready to attach to your Charm Bracelet.

• Naturally mined Silver is very soft and in this state is useless for jewellery making.
• Other metals are blended with Silver, usually Copper to make Silver harder, more durable and resistant to scratching.
• 925 Sterling Silver Jewellery is actually a combination of 92.5% silver and usually 7.5% copper or other metals.
• The addition of copper or other metals  helps to enhance Sterling Silver Jewellery and does not in any way detract from its quality.

• Storing your Sterling Silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish quickly.  Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your Sterling Silver then quickly turns to black.  This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and believe it or not sunshine.
• To reduce tarnish and keep your pieces tarnish free for months at a time, it is recommended that you keep your Sterling Silver Jewellery in an air-tight protective bag made of tarnish proof cloth or you can use a plastic zip lock bag. 
• Avoid storing your Sterling Silver Jewellery directly on wood surfaces, because wood usually contains acids that can change the patina.  Also, avoid storing your Sterling Silver with other metals like pennies or materials such as rubber.
• Clean with fine silver polishes, solutions, or cloths appropriate to remove tarnish at most hardware stores or specialty craft stores. Tarnish is most easily removed when it first becomes visible.

• Cubic Zirconium or CZ Crystal is a high quality synthetic stone that is very hard.  It's a mineral that is rarely found in nature but it is widely man made for use as a simulated diamond.
• Synthesized Cubic Zirconium is flawless and usually colourless, but can be made into a variety of different colours. 
• Cubic Zirconium is a fully faceted synthetic stone which replicates the characteristics of a Diamond more closely than any other gemstone.
• Trained Jewellers struggle to tell the difference between Cubic Zirconium and a Diamond without visual aids!
• Because of it's low cost, durability and close likeness to diamonds Cubic Zirconium has remained the most economical simulated diamond since 1976. 
• It is more reflective than glass and sparkles like a diamond making it a perfect addition to Sterling Silver Jewellery!

• Swarovski is an Austrian company that makes high-quality rhinestones, beautiful cut crystals and other glass-related items.
• Swarovski Crystal is one of the finest crystals produced in the world today and is noted for its purity, brilliance and reflective qualities.
• It is a synthetic crystal produced in Austria using a formula perfected by Daniel Swarovski and his sons at the end of the 19th century.
